I’ve been receiving some comments about this, especially from people here in Europe and it really caught my attention. So I want to explain a bit of the context behind my look in the video.
In Brazil, especially during Carnival, it’s very common to wear costumes, clothes, and accessories that aren’t part of our everyday lives. For example, men usually don’t wear skirts — but during Carnival, you’ll see thousands of them wearing skirts, dresses, glitter, heels, or whatever they feel like. This freedom applies to everything: fashion, expression, and attitude.
So the way I’m dressed in Love Party (Yo Soy) comes from that Carnival tradition, a space where play, exaggeration, freedom, and transformation are part of the culture.

Tenho recebido alguns comentários sobre isso, principalmente de pessoas na Europa, e isso realmente me fez refletir. Então quero explicar um pouco do contexto por trás do visual que usei no clipe.
No Brasil, especialmente no Carnaval, é super comum usar fantasias, roupas e acessórios que não fazem parte do nosso dia a dia. Por exemplo: normalmente homens não usam saia, mas durante o Carnaval você vai ver milhares deles usando saias, vestidos, brilho, salto ou o que der vontade. Essa liberdade vale pra tudo: Estética, expressão e atitude.
O jeito que eu me visto em Love Party (Yo Soy) vem muito dessa tradição do Carnaval: um espaço de liberdade, exagero, brincadeira e transformação.
E quem me inspirou a me vestir daquela forma no clipe?
