Doch anders als gedacht verweist der Name nicht auf die nahe Heilquelle am Gesundbrunnen, in dessen Nähe das Restaurant liegt, sondern auf einen Ort weit entfernt von Berlin. Bei einem Besuch in der ehemaligen Umformerstation lässt sich aber noch viel mehr entdecken.
