It's destruction mostly floods Russian controlled areas and washes away Russian fortifications. It lowers the water level where #Ukraine could cross the Dnieper at the ZNPP during their offensive. It can deprive Crimea of water. Last summer we saw Ukraine fire dozens of HIMARS into the dam. #Russia has zero military incentive to destroy the dam. Ukraine has plenty, especially knowing they can just blame Russia and the West will repeat it.
