I've been ( #MSFS2024 sim ) flying only my #CabriG2 heli for over a year, so today decided to do a refresher in my #LongEZ #canard #pusher airplane out to the Pinery Provincial Park on the Canadian side of Lake Huron.

Broke down and bought a Windows machine to fly #MSFS2020 last week. Today I took off from Lantana Florida in "my new" #LongEZ and flew (in a light rain, winds 15 gusting 30) along the intracoastal waterway down to Boca Raton.

Enjoying the AI over satellite imagery view out the window, even though MSFS plants a forest for every deciduous tree, and an obelisk for every palm tree in Florida.

#Xplane11 stopped working, had to re-install and start the "make it my own" steps - that'll take some days. Got my display settings, my #LongEZ airplane, and one joystick profile setup for a quick pattern/circuit at my local #airportKLNA
