ORSA has been appointed as the Principal Designer on the £1bn London Blackfriars project, which includes over 400 new homes, 800,000 sq ft of office space, and a mixed-use Podium area with retail and cafes. The City of London Corporation has given the green light to a bold new office development at the 30 Minories location in the eastern part of the City.

This project will provide an additional 14,000 square meters of top-notch, eco-friendly office space, as well as a new cultural centre that aims to create a more inclusive environment for both locals and tourists.
