I wonder what's wrong with the firmware of this Logi(tech) bluetooth mouse. Every time I turn it off and on it just rolls the dice about the reported battery status. Works fine otherwise though.

I do have USB-C rechargable batteries with me in the laptop backpack so I don't care too much, but it's certainly weird.
