Nexperia workers in the Philippines, on strike

The Nexperia Philippines Inc. Workers Union – NAFLU – KMU (NPIWU-NAFLU-KMU) union waged the first day of its strike on March 5, 2025.This comes after 21 negotiations under their Collective Bargaining Agreement and three more conciliation hearings after Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma imposed an Assumption of Jurisdiction* last February 5, 2025.
