#LinkChecker does exactly what it says, finding many broken links on a site I haven't updated for a while. (I installed it from the #Debian package linkchecker.)

By default it does not request external links which is safe but not so useful when testing a site built by a proper site generator and hence not having broken internal links. So I need the --check-extern option.

great. https://drupal.org/ gives #linkchecker a 403 access denied when I check links. what's up #drupal? don't like me sending you traffic correcctly? :)
