New Bern golf tournament to honor legacy of city's first Black mayor this Saturday

A golf tournament will honor the life and work of New Bern’s first and only black mayor.Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity will host the sixth annual “Leander R. Morgan Memorial Golf Classic”. It’s at the Harbour Point Golf Club this Saturday. That’s in the Fairfield Harbour community near New Bern.
