There are a •lot• of varied opinions out there surrounding what does and doesn’t qualify as an “enterprise grade” product or service. I’ve got my own thoughts in general, but I’ll throw this one out specifically: If it doesn’t provide access to •detailed• error logs when it has a problem, it isn’t. “There was a problem. Unless the problem •only• occurs when using a phone, don’t use a phone for network troubleshooting. Them: “It doesn’t connect.” Me: What’s the specific error you’re getting. Them: “Failed to connect. Try again later.” 🤦‍♂️ #LaterNeverWorks #NetEng
