Legend of Galactic Heroes is getting a new gorgeous edition in French from Mahô Éditions:

"This new French edition will offer the series in light novel format, illustrated by the Japanese artist @t0mat0juice , whose style pays homage to the original work while giving it a fresh visual identity. The French edition will be offered in a double format, for a total of 7 volumes."

I miss Legend of the Galactic Heroes (DNT) and will likely die of old age before the final seasons ever get animated.

Animation for adults who don’t spend money on merch indiscriminately never get the proper production they deserve--nor do they get a dub, apparently.

@inderix Reminds me of the fictional reluctant historian-strategist Yang Wen-Li from Legend of the Galactic Heroes (1982/1987). The teenager they've been assigned to raise basically already has their mind made up on who they want to become due to circumstances beyond their control.
