https://dev.to/koenighotze/cloud-agnostic-architecture-2ojo - the illusion of cloud-agnostic #architecture. Yes, we could build all the services to run in #Kuberntes, but now we own everything. The #Cloud offers these things -as-a-Service, and we'd lose that. Great article with pragmatic solutions https://www.linkedin.com/in/david-schmitz-636ab725/.

Amazing talk by @lizrice. So much great info about tooling and the benefits of using #eBPF in #kuberntes. Lovely presentation.

At my place of bidnez I've been shifting roles somewhat to do more devops. After a couple hours of self study, my wife just started serenading me with this tune, only with the lyrics changed to "What's Y'r Take on #Kuberntes".

My god I feel old.

I created a container image that prints the runc version in use. Why is this useful? I have no idea, but it was pretty fun working it out.

@lili #Kuberntes originally developed at google and released as opensource in 2014, then it got maintained by CNCF after that
If you have a prod #Kuberntes cluster running in the cloud, with spot/preemptible nodes, how would you, in general, configure your HPA for your deployments? #k8s
