🤡 In #Russia, for no reason at all, the coat of arms of the #Moscow district of #Koptevo was changed

The head of #Koptev, #Olga_Glagoleva, said that the previous symbol, although in use for about 20 years, was not registered with the #Heraldic Council.

She did not explain why the blue-yellow colour scheme was not pleasing. But it’s not hard to guess 🤷‍♂️
