No Kings bystander shot and killed in Salt Lake City

Salt Lake City police say a demonstrator who was shot at the city's “No Kings” protest has died and that the bullet that killed him appears to have been fired by one of the demonstration's peacekeepers. Police said Sunday that someone wearing a brightly colored security vest was aiming at a man who had peeled off from the crowd and was holding a rifle. Police took the alleged rifleman — a 24-year-old man by the name of Arturo Gamboa — into custody Saturday evening on a murder charge. They did not publicly identify the person who fired at Gamboa, but said authorities were talking with him. The man killed was 39-year-old Arthur Folasa Ah Loo.
