Jottit pages now have plain text and raw markdown versions.
Append .txt for stripped text or .md for the original markdown.

Spent the day redesigning Jottit. Shipped dark mode, a new site header and a new owner sidebar with pinned/recent pages.
The sidebar went through 20 iterations and eventually ended up with a right-side layout: content on the left, page navigation on the right.
I've come full circle: the new design pretty much mirrors what Aaron and I built 19 years ago. Some patterns just work :) #jottit #indieweb
A week ago I added an MCP server to Jottit as an experiment, so I could post from Claude instead of only through the web UI.
Turns out Jottit works really well for capturing and refining insights from conversations with AI. Instead of good ideas disappearing into chat history, they can become pages, be edited, linked, and built on over time.
I find myself shifting Jottit more and more toward an agent-first wiki. #jottit #ai #indieweb
Finally posted Jottit to Hacker News today. Was genuinely nervous about it. Spent ages on the wording.
