I'm having a bit of a surreal experience with #JohnLewisRetail this week... I spent half an hour on the phone yesterday... trying to order a cooker... with installation and recycling... only to be told that they couldn't place my order... because I live in a 'restricted area'...

If you ever want to queue jump in John Lewis Cardiff Café, just ask this guy.
He's happy to serve someone several places further back in the queue, and shrug his shoulders when the people at the front of the queue, still waiting for service, complain.
