First round (raisin) challahs of the season are baked.

Hosting 2nd night #RoshHashanah dinner, for which I am cooking today.

* Braised brisket w/nectarine jam
* Pomegranate and berry baked chicken
* Tangy braised chickpea and mushrooms (vegan)

Somebody else will cook the sides and dessert.
