Cancer can strike at anytime to anyone, but only men can get prostate cancer. There are no routine checks done for it, by the state it's up to you guys. The first step is just a blood test. I had no real symptoms, just the normal aches and pains that a 60 years old would get but my PSA was double that. Get yourself checked out if you're over 40 and don't get taken by suprise, I'm sure the next step will be life changing for me but I'm ready for the fight 💪👊
