Hari TulsidasA startup city in Senegal is aiming to become Africa’s Delaware, a hub for tech and finance. The city, called Itana, is backed by Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, and Pronomos Capital, a venture fund supported by Peter Thiel. Itana will operate as a charter city, with its own laws and regulations designed to attract investment and innovation.
