New theory of writing practice 🙄

I see a novel as 3-4 parts, 48-60 chs, & assign each chapter ballpark headings as I develop the story. For each chapter, I write 6-7 pages (~ 2000 words) assigning each page a topic or one of the characters

I'm told I write too much dialogue (!) and my new theoretical approach is designed to tackle this by giving each page 1 of 3 styles in strict rotation:
direction of travel
stasis
reflection
