The year is about over. What was your favorite album of 2023? The rules are it had to have been a new release in 2023. No reissues, etc. Being new to you doesn’t count either.

For me it is #AnimalCollective’s #IsntItNow. This album really was a strong return to greatness IMO. This is also the best engineered and master album they have ever released. I understand Animal Collective isn’t for everyone, but I love this band. #music #bestalbumsof2023 #bestalbum2023

I'm really really digging the new #AnimalCollective album #IsntItNow. Their 2010's kind of lost their way a bit (I did like Centipede Hz a lot, but many didn't) With last years Time Skiffs they seemed to have entered a renaissance with their 11th album. Both Time Skiffs and Isn't It Now were written during the same song writing sessions in a cabin in Tennessee.
