taking this point of reason is painful, immigration as-is is used to keep food pricing artificially low, reliant on piece work pricing at below minimum wage, in 90+ degree summer conditions that worsen every year.

@ben if it were about employers subbverting market wages-- they have never done shit about employers, the "demand" in a supply/demand, cause/effect relationship we use to have cheap food, but this is not about reason it is about racism
