Went for an #IceSwim with @coldclimate (who’s living up the name) and the #IceGuys in the sea near Sunderland and it was luuuush. Freezing cold but it woke me up. With that and another coffee I’m ready to take on the day.

Next Saturday , the 19th is International Mens Day. It's a good chance to check in on your friends who you might not have heard from in a while, as well as checking your balls* for lumps.
