iOS 17.4 renders Files app unusable and it affects other apps that use the file browser, too, freezing them.

For example, Drafts app will freeze and eventually crash when you try to import a file or save it.

Even worse, Obsidian won't even load and gets stuck at a black screen.

Restarting the device helps, but if you ever use the file browser again the problem kicks in.
