For reference - the blue rollercoaster on the right - Colossus - is about 110ft high.

Wow what an experience that was.
An epic year. This was possibly the absolute highlight - walking up the 236ft high #Hyperia at #ThorpeParkResort back in September.
Currently the tallest #rollercoaster in the UK by a good number of feet and yes it is as high as it looks!

Joshua HürzelerHatte einen ganz tollen Tag im #ThorpePark. Konnte mit #Hyperia sogar 5 mal fahren. Glaub mir gefällt sie etwas besser als Voltron da smoother und der 180er Drop einfach so cool ist vorallem in der Letzten Reihe. Einzige Kritik: Fahrt eher zu kurz geraten.
Anbei ein paar Bilder von meiner ersten Fahrt.
𝕭𝔢𝔫 𝕯𝔲𝔤𝔲𝔦𝔡Whelp! Looks like #ThorpePark need to add #Hyperia to their list of #flakey #RollerCoaster along with #Stealth, been in the "45 min" (at time of joining) queue since about 12:15, so getting on for 2.25 hours, into our second "temporary delay" with one train full of passengers sitting outside the station and the other stuck in the loading area, while they are literally cycling the power every couple of minutes. At least we're now under cover in the spacious loading area.
