The store in #SF on Polk near California next to #SwansOysterDepot featured in the start of the show was in my neighborhood store. Unfortunately it was closed long ago but fortunately Swan's is still there. 😊
The 2nd half of the show is a tour of their factory in LA, which I assume is similar to their factory in SSF.
