Jake in the desertI don't know if you're gonna be FORCED to update your 3DS with this new update (that Nintendo seriously just put out now, MONTHS after closing the eshop), but if you're into the homebrew stuff and you can avoid updating, looks like it's best to avoid it. I'm certainly going to try and avoid it, I was going to try some homebrew stuff and haven't yet.
