A highlight of the year for me - this is a scene I directed as part of #BFIDirectorsLab2025, working with the effortlessly talented #tumiolufawo & #saikatahamed. Hosted by the incomparable #bournemouthfilmschool, supported by #filmhubsw & #bfinetwork with a script by #nadiaattiawrites. Incredibly professional crew and it was an honour to share the experience with a fantastic bunch of super-talented directors. Em Smith’s tutelage was phenomenal, focusing on ways to work with actors - I hope I’ve brought what I’ve learnt into the next short, #HiPathoFilm……
Multitasking this afternoon - #HiPathoFilm rough edit in progress alongside roast dinner in the oven. Hope I don’t overcook them both…
