Automating (legacy) business processes using cutting edge technologies - part 4 (EASI/Apache Camel)
In this article, we discuss the use of Apache Camel and AWS SQS in automating legacy business processes. We explore the implementation of a microservice for error handling and data transformation between a webshop system and a CRM system as an example. We explain the decision to create our own integration platform and the transition to a Kubernetes environment for scalability and stability. We also touch the integration of Apache Camel and Camunda 8 workflow engine.
