In mentoring a colleague, I showed a visualization I created of my career up to last year, at time I presented this at #HUSTEF. Looking back to what you found yourself learning at different times helps you see patterns. My colleague sketched his own (without salaries though) and I am inspired by the differences on our career journeys.
