Today we, Plastic@Bay CIC, have launched the project #CuttingDown. It took 4 years in the making and became concrete thanks to the collaboration with #KIMO international and funding by #HIEF. Rope and net cuttings form 30% of the plastic we collect in the area and they are mostly generated at port. By collecting them before they touch ground, we hope to end a pervasive pollution.
