2/2 Montana by saving the state a few dollars backfilled by federal dollars 2:1 while rewarding the wealthiest with the largest tax break.
The issue is a study contracted by the administration that concludes the rate should be increased. The Gov has suggested paying 1/2 why they need. Nursing homes are closing. In short, lives are at risk. 
The legislature general session went over by an hour and zoomers were only able to say if they were in favor or opposed a bill.
