As TxDOT prepares to start construction on its controversial expansion of I-45 near and north of downtown, the state agency is seeking community input about how it could reconfigure the 14-mile stretch of I-45 between Interstate 69/U.S. 59 near downtown and Beltway 8 to the southeast.
