Italian News by RSSIl Tempo: Lavoro, Crosetto (europarlamentare): "Fondi europei per migliorare formazione"
Roma, 21 mar. (Adnkronos) - "Dal punto di vista europeo possiamo affermare che questa legislatura sia connotata da un'attenzione superiore a tutte le tematiche inerenti e di interesse al mondo del lavoro in generale: Si sta parlando molto più di competitività, si sta parlando molto più di innovazione, si sta parlando molto più di produttività. Innovazione non vuol dire soltanto innovazione del prodotto in senso stretto, ma anche dei processi, dove ovviamente sono compresi anche i processi del lavoro". E' quanto afferma l'europarlamentare Giovanni Crosetto intervenuto nell'ambito del congresso interregionale dei consulenti del lavoro Piemonte e Valle d'Aosta a Torino.
"Per quanto riguarda questi processi lavorativi, la formazione può giocare un ruolo fondamentale, come l'Ordine dei Consulenti del Lavoro ci ricorda sempre. E per quanto riguarda la formazione a livello europeo, soprattutto per i fondi diretti - quelli che l'Italia fa un po' più fatica a volte a intercettare e di cui purtroppo vediamo numeri importanti che rimangono non spesi e non utilizzati - ebbene sotto questo punto di vista, i fondi per la formazione, l'Europa può fare molto ma anche l'Italia come sistema paese. Io cerco sempre di lavorare affinché questa distanza tra Europa e Italia si riduca -aggiunge- e quindi in primis di accettare i cambiamenti: penso, ad esempio, al grande tema che non è soltanto di questa legislatura, ma è di questa generazione, dell'intelligenza artificiale; e poi cercare appunto di ottenere quei fondi per andare a ridurre questo gap che ci ritroviamo, per aiutare a migliorare la nostra formazione, le nostre competenze e diventare più competitivi sul mondo del lavoro. C'è molto lavoro da fare e questi momenti, questi incontri, sicuramente aiutano a ottenere i risultati, accorciare un po' queste distanze" conclude.

Rome, March 21 (Adnkronos) - “From an European perspective, we can state that this legislature is characterized by a greater attention to all themes related to and of interest to the world of work in general: We are talking much more about competitiveness, we are talking much more about innovation, we are talking much more about productivity. Innovation does not mean only product innovation in the strict sense, but also of processes, where of course, these include work processes. “ It is what European MP Giovanni Crosetto stated, speaking at the interregional congress of Italian labor consultants in Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta in Turin.
“Regarding these work processes, training can play a fundamental role, as the Order of Labor Consultants reminds us. And regarding training at the European level, especially for direct funds – those that Italy sometimes struggles to intercept and unfortunately we see significant numbers that remain unspent and unused – the Europe can do a lot in this regard, and also Italy as a country system. I always try to work so that this distance between Europe and Italy is reduced - he adds - and therefore primarily by accepting changes: I am thinking, for example, of the major theme that is not just for this legislature, but for this generation, of artificial intelligence; and then seeking to obtain those funds to reduce this gap that we find ourselves in, to help improve our training, our skills and become more competitive in the world of work. There is a lot of work to be done and these moments, these meetings, certainly help to achieve results, to shorten these distances” he concludes.
