Deriving pleasure from watching something that DOESN'T INVOLVE YOU and IN NO WAY AFFECTS YOUR LIFE, but enrages you irrationally β so much so that you feel compelled to seek it out over and over again.

It's the other side of Rage Baiting β taken to an extreme. It's one thing to fall for it once in a while, but these people deliberately seek it out on a regular basis. They're addicted to it.
This is not like the news enraging you when you run across it. This is not like the horror of watching the state target citizens.
This is:
"There are people doing things that I DO NOT APPROVE OF, but I have to watch them do it over and over again, from the comfort of my couch."
