Il Tempo: Affitti, Garavaglia: "Serve un contratto piu' libero tra le parti"

Roma, 17 apr. (Adnkronos) - "Le case non vanno sul mercato perché il rischio di metterlo a reddito con un affitto e poi non avere più a disposizione l'immobile, è alto. Si possono fare delle cose: migliorare le procedure di sgombero, però serve anche un contratto di affitto diverso, libero tra le parti, che aumenta le tutele del proprietario ma garantisce all'inquilino un affitto più basso. In questa maniera si potrebbero rimettere sul mercato migliaia di immobili". Così il senatore Massimo Garavaglia, durante RentVolution, evento di SoloAffitti sulle locazioni che si è tenuto in Senato.

Rome, April 17 (Adnkronos) - “Houses aren’t put on the market because the risk of putting them to income with a rental and then no longer having the property available is high. There are things that can be done: improve eviction procedures, but there also needs to be a different lease agreement, free between the parties, which increases the owner’s protections but guarantees the tenant a lower rent. In this way, thousands of properties could be put back on the market.” Thus Senator Massimo Garavaglia, during RentVolution, an event by SoloAffitti on rentals that took place in the Senate.
