What's a good term for "gaming group management"?

I (Ken) got to thinking about it after S3E7, where we talk about keeping your group going during the holidays.

What's a good hashtag for describing the care and feeding of your group? #GroupManagement seems too generic. Maybe #GamerWrangling?

Surely there's a term for this, and it's just escaping me right now.
