I hate that we are made to look like the bad guys by the constraints put on us by the NHS. We are told we can not book appointments for the next day. We can not even say call tomorrow. Our contract from the CQC makes it clear we have to care navigate to 111, walk-in centres, or community pharmacies.
I'm tired of the complaints when I am simply following the rules I am given. #GPReceptionists #ToughJob #DoNotShootTheMessenger
