Salem Livability Levy Lawn Sign Request Form

Please complete this form to request a Salem Livability Levy lawn sign for your yard. A lawn sign will be planted in your yard beginning on March 21st, depending on availability. Signs will be picked up after the election on May 20th. Signs will be planted in a location highly visible from the street. We will try not to plant them in your lawn so you don't have to mow around them. Houses on a corner may get two signs. We will not plant signs in the public right of way (e.g., between the sidewalk and the street) which is a violation of City code.
