I am using this space to address recent concerns about Bonn Baudelaire and Robert Gaelick aka Chimalli in response to recent accusations.
I met Bonn in 2017 in Flagstaff in the course of my involvement with anti-colonial organizing and direct actions in the area. I did not know them well. There was always a bit of a distance. I don't recall any personal issues between us then. I have in the past few months been involved in Flagstaff actions namely to support #FreeEpona specifically demanding all charges be dropped on this trans woman who was charged with felonies when defending herself from 3 male transphobic attackers (the latter of whom Flagstaff PD let go without charges).
Recently a whisper campaign has been brought to my attention. The one and only name that keeps coming up is Bonn who has involvement with Indigenous Action/Taala Hoogan Infoshop. I have since reached out to folx to get clarification as to what is going on. I then received text messages from Bonn with some odd and ridiculous claims including the following:
1. That "practically the entire state of Indigenous people doesn’t fuck with [me]"
2. Quote from an unknown "someone doing anti-border work" stating that a) I've called O'odham women "bitches," b) trying to start physical fights at O'odham actions, c) supporting someone accused of child abuse, and d) compromising action security. Also have been accused of refusing multiple attempts at accountability and "escalating hostility."
All of these allegations pertain to matters nearly 4 years ago. I deny in full.
Bonn also brought up Chimalli aka Robert Gaelick someone me and a number of others have had major problems with going back to early 2017. I am going to first address my issues with Robert aka Chimalli before I address my concerns regarding Bonn being transphobic and collaborating with Flagstaff Police.
Chimalli/Robert Gaelick
He popped up on the anarchist "scene" in Phoenix in 2017 right after Trump got elected. He also claims to be Indigenous yet several have challenged this claim. His parents are white and wealthy from Paradise Valley. He attended Brophy High School. Of note is that he constantly organizes with almost all white people.
PAF (Phoenix Anarchist Federation) is a pack of white people. The old anti-fascist action (AFA) was the same. Chimalli has always had a significant role in both as well as the zine distro Wasteland Distro. These groups don't do shit and never have. Every time actual fascists organized AFA would go to soccer games to wave antifa flags from the bleachers rather than actually organize against fash. (Pics 1-2)
Chimalli has been sketchy in a number of ways. In 2018 at a risky Mesa action I was involved in I had tried working with Chimalli beforehand as part of the planning. His "organizing" amounted to the same nothing as it always does - offering to pass out zines in the face of fash rather than actually defending from them. Most of the actual organizing was done with an affinity group he was not a part of. Right when a bunch of us (including a ton of Native folx) got assaulted by red hat/white supremacist MAGA shitheads he was standing on the sidewalk mere feet away handing out flyers for a PPC event (Pages Per Content). I literally picked myself up off the pavement after getting not only hit and slammed to the ground but also stabbed in the hand. Cops stood there and let the attacker go while Chimalli tried to hand me a PPC flyer. All while several Indigenous people were still on the ground after being attacked.
Recently an Indigenous nonbinary person was verbally attacked by Chimalli at an event while they were holding a baby and he also physically shoulder checked them.
He also was (and may still be) staying at a house in Phoenix in which a trans person I know was raped by the dude who also lives/lived there and Chimalli was there at the time and either participated or enabled it to some capacity according to the victim.
This PAF group he is behind had a potluck at a park in a mostly Black and Brown neighborhood. Two comrades of mine both of whom are Brown showed up to this all-white gathering of anarchists and confronted him about his behaviors towards them. He kicked them out of the park on land that is not his to control.
I have also heard stories of Chimalli "creeping on teens."
Bonn Baudelaire
As Bonn was hurling drama toward me from nearly 4 years ago that they were not involved in or a part of that naturally led me to look into their background. Two main things concerned me.
1. A former Facebook friend named Violet Tirano who was someone I thought I never knew personally was actually an account run by Bonn. They later unfriended everyone except for one and only one friend on their page. They went by a former legal first name at the time which I know for a fact was theirs as they were involved in the Flagstaff "Indigenous Peoples Day 13" misdemeanor case with me and 11 others. It feels creepy to have someone on my page hiding who they are following me while publicly having always kept a distance. (Pics 3-4)
2. Attached are a bunch of screenshots from 5 years ago with complaints from people in Flagstaff describing significant transphobia and extensive collaboration with Flagstaff Police. (Pics 5-12)

3. In Bonn's recent message to me they referenced Chimalli (and no one else) suggesting they are working together. A recent story on Indigenous Action's page featured an image from Wasteland Distro showing a group of what appears to be all white men posing in front of an upside down US flag. (Pic 14)
In conclusion I am no longer tolerating whisper campaigns behind my back especially by people who have a range of accusations against them by a number of folx.
