Roma, 17 apr. (Adnkronos) - “La disciplina dei contratti di locazione ad uso transitorio, prevista dalla Legge 431/98, non è più pienamente adeguata alle esigenze attuali. In un mercato caratterizzato da maggiore mobilità lavorativa e da una crescente domanda di soluzioni abitative flessibili, è necessario introdurre più semplicità e flessibilità, garantendo al tempo stesso certezza normativa e tutele per le parti. Serve avviare un confronto con il legislatore per aggiornare lo strumento e renderlo davvero funzionale al mercato di oggi”, così Francesco La Commare, Vicepresidente Nazionale vicario FIAIP, durante RentVolution, evento di SoloAffitti, sulle locazioni che si è tenuto in Senato.

In a market characterized by greater labor mobility and increasing demand for flexible housing solutions, it is necessary to introduce more simplicity and flexibility, while at the same time guaranteeing normative certainty and protection for the parties. It is necessary to start a dialogue with the legislature to update the tool and make it truly functional to today’s market,” said Francesco La Commare, Deputy National President of FIAIP, during RentVolution, an event by SoloAffitti on rentals, held in the Senate.
