We already have “the app”, it’s called FixMyStreet, it does not need an ID card to use:

@chewie @ldodds it's almost impossible to fix potholes when people are making new ones faster because of a lack of viable alternatives to driving (thanks @notjustbikes) in most of the country. Also, some local authorities are stupid and prioritise reports made by fighting their awful reporting websites while ignoring and badgering people who report using apps like #FixMyStreet

I am told the flowers very conveniently covering this road sign in #Oxford's Broad Street have now been taken down - not because the #FixMyStreet addict in my household made a fuss about them, but because it's the end of the season and all the flower decorations have come down.
