My off-season Four Job Fiesta meteor run with extra job is complete and I took out both super bosses. Vulner Shot/Burst/Cannon didn't land it's 1/2 defense component against either Shinryu or Omega. !Combine still worked for berserking and blinding Shinryu, as well as slowing Omega and Exdeath. Shinryu only landed one hit on the bard, Omega didn't even get a turn and Exdeath never landed a White Hole. Neo Exdeath did get to knock out Lenna (Cannoneer), but I only needed Krile (Dancer) using !Combine since Holy Cannon was doing over 9,000 damage to each part. It did get to shake, but never got off Almagest. With Faris (Bard) using Apollo's Harp I didn't even see a message for Grand Cross, that part was destroyed too quickly. Bartz (Thief) just used the Chicken Knife on the front part, and I didn't bother with the Magic Lamp to finish the back.

!Combine has some nice utility and good damage even without Hero's Rime. Glad I replaced Dragoon.

I chose to replace dragoon with cannoneer. As much as I thought Equip Lances would be good for Dancer, !Lance's synergy with !Sing, and the power of dragon lances, at 5 times, dragoon was the job I had used most frequently during the Four Job Fiesta. A few things I wasn't expecting from Cannoneer:
- the job can equip mage robes and hats, meaning it can wear a Lamia's Tiara
- with a strength bonus and a negligible magic penalty, that's still a decent score if they wear the right equipment, so both !Dance and !Sing (Requiem) are good damage
- having to go through most of World 3 before getting it means I already picked up most of its equipment
- even though I saved Phoenix Tower and Famed Mimic Gogo for the ability points, I still didn't get !Combine for awhile, but !OpenFire is a more reliable alternative to !Dance
- Fuma Shuriken might be worth it for Exdeath (we'll see), while a Mallet and some shot can turn Halicarnassus mini (funny victory).

I got to Fork Tower and was assuming I would need to settle in and run Omniscient out of MP. Nope. !Sing is a non-Magic command which doesn't trigger counters and it turns out that boss is vulnerable to stop. So, I went and picked up the final songs (I did remember Mana's Paean from the Library of the Ancients before it disappeared), boosted my dancer and my bard's levels to increase the regen from Mighty March to outpace drain every eight turns, increased speed and magic just in case, then I started to !Dance with an air knife.

Two tablets remain until I get cannoneer. Which job will I replace?
