When folks talk about the biggest, deadliest, scariest animals they go for the mammals, sometimes sharks but rarely invertebrates..

Personally I think Scolopendra gigantea (centipede) should get more credit though - excellent predators that can even take down bats 🤓👊

Highly venomous creatures who modified their front legs to make fangs called toxicognaths to both hold and kill their prey 😎
