#FallInLoveBingo My completed board!

I'm going to follow this post with the names of the squares and books, rather than put it in the image description

#WhatchaReading ? I finished The Culmination of Everything by Christina Jones. (KU) Two grieving main characters, one highly grumpy. (Sensitive readers should check for trigger warnings.) It's got possibly the most non-commital ending I've ever encountered in a romance -- a true HFN -- but it works. I mostly liked it except for one very recurrent author tic.

Works for "Black Love" square of #FallInLoveBingo

Twitter is falling and yet, the part of me that hates leaving things unfinished is hell bent on completing my #FallInLoveBingo. There’s far too much in my life currently that’s out of my control but I will finish this bingo by months end. Whether it be in here or on MySpace.
#FallInLoveBingo Square:15 Impulse Buy/Borrow. _Against a Wall_ by Cate C. Wells. I only skimmed the first one but hey, this was free. It was enjoyable too, though my feelings were mixed. My #tbrChallenge read for October. https://willaful.wordpress.com/2022/10/19/tbr-challenge-against-a-wall-by-cate-c-wells/

A Willful Woman...
#FallInLoveBingo Square 22: Back to School. I had to use _Waylon_ by Theodora Taylor for this because of the Teacher kink. (Not my fav, tbh.) One of those seriously OTT reads and gets pretty dark, but fun if you're in the right mood.
#FallInLoveBingo Square 5: Black love. _The Perfect Find_ by Tia Williams. I almost DNF'd this because I learned it has an ambiguous ending but then I just had to go back and finish it. I love the way she writes. Older woman/younger man/coworkers romance.
#FallInLoveBingo Square 25: Monsters. _Ruby Fever_ by Ilona Andrews. I read this at the beginning of September, but I'm pretty sure there were several characters who qualify as monsters. 😱
