My samples from IODP #Exp397 arrived! Though I was very disappointed my arm injury prevented me from sailing on the JR this Fall, I am thrilled to still be part of the expedition as a shore-based scientist and study marine sediment samples from the Iberian Margin. Huge thanks to the shipboard scientists and technicians for their work this Fall! I can’t wait to see the results of all our studies!! 🤩 #Exp397 #paleoclimate
