#MemoryAlpha (https://memory-alpha.fandom.com/wiki/Exocomp) doesn't seem to mention it for that episode, and while it has a similar shape, some of the parts that stick out, don't look quite the same, but I could be mistaken.
However, it does mention an #exocomp case was used as a medical prop to heal #MalcolmReed's leg in Dead Stop.
It was apparently also used in #STVoyager's Prime Factors.
