This is the sort of "#EventTV" that the #BBC is supposed to have as a strength over streaming. Being able to bring us a live televisual event, in this case #TheBells and everyone ringing in the #NewYear. They should be pulling out all the stops, but are not. #BBCScotland #hogmanay
