Just think what they could have spent all the money on instead. Noticed all the papers have front page ads for the app too. I don't buy the rags, just happened to be in the local supermarket by the newspaper stand.
Also, presume you've caught all the news about how useless it is. Not allowing people to say they are negative after a test, if said test was arranged outside of the app. Also inability to turn off the self-isolation countdown in this case.
