Welp.... Just got a call from my legal representative for my SSDI benefits appeal with some not so good news: the Administrative Law Judge denied my appeal. This was the same ADJ who had denied my original appeal last year. I will receive an official letter from SSA and the ADJ documenting his decision to reject my appeal; but I am assuming it is the same rationale he used to reject me before: I am not considered "disabled" enough to avoid "active work". 1/
